What Healing Space is — and is not
- Healing Space is a supportive platform designed to be used alongside care from a registered clinician, accessed by clinical referral.
- It is not an emergency service. Nobody monitors it in real time. In immediate danger call 999; for urgent support, Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7) or text SHOUT to 85258.
- It is not therapy, diagnosis or medical advice. The supportive conversation is AI-assisted and non-diagnostic; screening questionnaires produce conversation prompts, not diagnoses. Decisions about your care are made by you and your clinician.
Your account
- Patient access is arranged through a referring clinician or service and is free for patients.
- Keep your credentials private. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You must be an adult (18+) in the UK under the care of a registered clinician to use the platform as a patient.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to harm, harass or impersonate others; to attempt unauthorised access to accounts or data; to disrupt the service; or to post unlawful content in community spaces. Community spaces are moderated, and content that puts others at risk may be removed and escalated to clinical staff.
Clinician users
Clinician access is provided under the agreement with your service. You are responsible for using the platform consistently with your professional obligations; AI-generated drafts and summaries are advisory and require your review before any clinical use.
The service, changes and availability
The platform is under active development. We may change or improve features, and we aim to give notice of material changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and safety-critical information (crisis numbers) is deliberately available without an account.
Liability
[Draft — to be settled at legal review.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The platform is provided to support, not replace, clinical care; responsibility for clinical decisions remains with the treating clinician and service.
Ending your use
You can stop using the platform at any time and can delete your account and its data from within the platform. Your referring service's agreement governs its own data-retention obligations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
